1.0 MCWD Bulk Water Supply Contract (Compostela-Liloan-Consolacion Injection Points) Cebu Manila Water Development Incorporated Php 24.59 / cu.m. Year 1                    : 18,000 m3/day 18 Dec 2013 *09 Dec 2014   The EXECOM had approved the supply line lay-out and operational scheme  proposed  by CMWD at the Casili injection point. The installation of the supply line and the booster station at Casili is ongoing. CMWD has been delivering 18,000 cu.m./day at the 3 drop-off points (Compostela, Liloan and Consolacion) and at the Consolacion temporary main delivery point  since January 5, 2015. Under the Contract, CMWD will deliver 35,000 cu.m./day at the start of the second year.
      Year 2 to Year 20 : 35,000 m3/day   +09 Dec 2015
            * - Day 1 of the 1st year of delivery per MCWD letter to CMWD dated December 5, 2014   Acting GM Dalena on his May 5, 2016 letter to CMWD had suspended to a later time the interconnection at the main injection point at Casili because of the El Niño. After it failed to replace the temporary flowmeters and complete the flowmeter vaults within the specified period, CMWD had asked for an extension on or before the day 1 of the Year 2 of delivery. During the July 15, 2015 EXECOM Meeting attended by CMWD, the MCWD had granted CMWD's request but until October 2015 only. October 2015 had ended but CMWD still failed to comply the above requirement.
+ - Day 1 of the 2nd year of delivery   Works at the temporary meter vault and flowmeter assembly at the 3 drop-off points are still ongoing. The BOD had given CMWD until the end of May 2016 to fully complete the 3 drop-off points but the later had failed to do so.   The installation of CMWD's Ø700mm transmission line going to the existing Casili Reservoirs is about 98% complete. Then AGM Singson informed PMO that the 3 reservoirs proposed by CMWD were approved by the BOD. The PMO has yet to receive copy of said BOD Resolution. The construction of the 3 reservoirs by CMWD has been going on without coordination with the PMO.
