The project is composed of several areas. Contractor may have a problem starting works along M.V. Patalinghug Street due to DPWH restrictions. Contractor is hoping it could start works in Cordova by May 2016.
                       
10.0 Proposed Pipelines Expansion under Hydraulic Area 1 Package 11 (Brgy. Jubay, Liloan, Cebu) A.L. PMO has issued a suspension order for the works of the bridge crossing pipeline that is affected by the ongoing DPWH bridge widening. Meanwhile, an independent support for the bridge crossing pipeline submitted by the contractor is being evaluated by ED. Once the independent support will be approved by MCWD, PMO and the contractor will then be negotiating for the cost of the same. This project consists of pipelaying in a single stretch only. Except for the bridge crossing pipe and a small portionof the pipeline which is yet to be installed, pipeline installation is already complete and passed hydrotesting. PMO instructed the Contractor to resubmit the detailed structural design with computation for the bridge crossing using approved parameters.

Meanwhile, the Contractor was instructed by DPWH to suspend all excavation works along National Highways for the latter's road assessment program.
