PIpelaying is
ongoing. The bridge crossing portion had to be revised since the DPWH does
not allow the pipe to be attached to the bridge. The Engineering Department
had already made the initial design of the bridge crossing pipeline. PMO has
advised the Contractor for the cost negotiation of the newdesign. Once PMO
and the Contractor reached an agreement for the cost, PMO will make a
variation order of the new bridge crossing design and endorse the same to the
BOD.
The MCWD BOD on its Resolution No. 184-2015 dated October 13, 2015 had
approved and authorized the contractor to suspend digging activities and/or
excavation works effective July 15, 2015 until October 14, 2015 in compliance
with the directive of DPWH without penalty. Consequently, the PERT/CPM had to
be revised and it is on process. If approved, the target accomplishment may
