The Contractor was instructed to write to MCWD  a formal request for the deletion of the areas under DPWH and to ask for approval of Variation Order No. 2 so that the Contractor could implement the areas under the LGU that already had a permit. PMO has kept following up the Contractor regarding the latter's letter indicating that the Contractor will continue works for the areas under LGU and the Contractor's request for the deletion of the areas under DPWH. PMO is still awaiting for the said letter. The project PERT/CPM will be revised once the variation orders for Carajay Road and Dad Cleland Avenue will be approved or if MCWD BOD will allow the Contractor to proceed works.
