(The Day 1 was

|
With the
approval of the EXECOM that the testing of the sludge effluent and bio-solids
be done during the plant operation, the PMO on its August 22, 2016 memo to GM
Dalena had recommended the start of operation of the Septage Treatment Plant.
Further, the PMO had turned-over to the Septage Monitoring Team the
responsibility to ensure completion by the Service Provider of the remaining
works except for the site development works which shall be monitored by the
PMO. |
|
The installation of the septage
treatment plant is nearing completion.
Meanwhile, the site development work had already started and is now
75% complete. |
