regarding the renewal of broker's ICC which has caused the delay in the
release of the pipes from the Port of Cebu, and the ongoing APEC Summit. PMO
is still evaluating the said request.
On September 24, 2015, BOD Elizalde, PMO and the Contractor had a meeting
to discuss the issues regarding the delay in project implementation. It was
decided to hold the suspension of works and to await for the renewal of ICC
of the custom broker and the conclusion of the APEC Summit. |

coordinating with its supplier for the release of the pipes from the Bureau
of Customs (BOC). Ending August, the pipes were still not released from the
