      Year 2 to Year 20 : 35,000 m3/day   +09 Dec 2015
            * - Day 1 of the 1st year of delivery per MCWD letter to CMWD dated December 5, 2014 After it failed to replace the temporary flowmeters and complete the flowmeter vaults within the specified period, CMWD had asked for an extension on or before the day 1 of the Year 2 of delivery. During the July 15, 2015 EXECOM Meeting attended by CMWD, the MCWD had granted CMWD's request but until October 2015 only. October 2015 had ended but CMWD still failed to comply the above requirement. CMWD had failed to meet its commitment, as part of the agreed conditions set by MCWD for allowing CMWD to start the delivery of water, to replace the temporary flowmeters wit the approved ones and construct the flowmeter vaults by end of January and February, respectively. Construction of the flowmeter vaults has yet to start while the approved flowmeters are yet to be delivered by the supplier.
+ - Day 1 of the 2nd year of delivery The installation of CMWD's Ø700mm transmission line going to the existing Casili Reservoirs is ongoing. AGM Singson informed PMO that the 3 reservoirs proposed by CMWD were approved by the BOD and a MOA was being prepared. The PMO has yet to receive copy of said BOD Resolution  and/or MOA. The construction of the 3 reservoirs by CMWD has been going on without coordination with the PMO.    In lieu of the required 5,000m3 capacity tank (start of the 2nd year of delivery), CMWD had proposed to construct 4 tanks with combined storage capacity of 5,000m3 and with the same hydraulic grade as the existing Casili Reservoirs. MCWD in concept had approved the proposal and required CMWD to submit the piping details and the detailed design of the tanks.
