            * - Day 1 of the 1st year of delivery per MCWD letter to CMWD dated December 5, 2014 CMWD had failed to meet its commitment, as part of the agreed conditions set by MCWD for allowing CMWD to start the delivery of water, to replace the temporary flowmeters and construct the flowmeter vaults by the end of January and February, respectively. PMO has called CMWD for a meeting on July 1, 2015 concerning this.. CMWD had failed to meet its commitment, as part of the agreed conditions set by MCWD for allowing CMWD to start the delivery of water, to replace the temporary flowmeters wit the approved ones and construct the flowmeter vaults by end of January and February, respectively. Construction of the flowmeter vaults has yet to start while the approved flowmeters are yet to be delivered by the supplier.
+ - Day 1 of the 2nd year of delivery The AGM for Technical Services had informed PMO that CMWD presented to the BOD a 3-reservoir proposal at Casili, Consolacion but it was disapproved.   In lieu of the required 5,000m3 capacity tank (start of the 2nd year of delivery), CMWD had proposed to construct 4 tanks with combined storage capacity of 5,000m3 and with the same hydraulic grade as the existing Casili Reservoirs. MCWD in concept had approved the proposal and required CMWD to submit the piping details and the detailed design of the tanks.
