The Contractor has written a
letter to MCWD Management that it (Contractor) commits to continue and
complete the project; and to complete the project in three (3) months time
once all materials of the project is checked and complete. Contractor is
aware of the liquidated damages to be charged against them. They (Contractor)
requested that the liquidated damages be waived by MCWD of which PMO
denied.
Contractor has also requested to start pavement demolition works. PMO
denied this request since Contractor has not yet purchased all the materials
for the project. |

The submersible pump and motor
