Contractor has also requested to start pavement demolition works. PMO denied this request since Contractor has not yet purchased all the materials for the project.
The Contractor has written a letter to MCWD Management that it (Contractor) will complete the project in 3 months and that it will accept liquidated damages. Contractor has started pavement cutting works.

With most of the needed equipment/materials already available, a substantial accomplishment is expected next month.
