The Pit-os Injection Point has been delivering water into the MCWD distribution system since March 12, 2015. The volume of delivery however is below the required minimum. AWC is presently working on one additional well to supplement its supply.    The BOD had granted the request of AWC for the extension of the Day 1 of delivery. The new day-1 of delivery will be on January 18, 2015.
AWC was allowed to start the delivery of water under  BOD Resolution No.025-2015 with conditions, among others, that AWC will install the lacking fittings (4 support bush and 2 harness sets) within 4 months from the start of the water delivery. The 4-month period will end on July 12, 2015. On June 24, 2015, AWC had requested for water interruption to install the lacking fittings but was denied by PMO since the fabricated harness sets are unacceptable. 7.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Cabancalan  Injection Point Abejo Waters Corporation    5,000 m3/day PhP 15.68 /m3 25 Sept. 2013 24 Sept. 2014 Extended to 6 months from issuance of Excavation Permit by Mandaue City per BOD Resolution No.111-2014 Under this joint venture, AWC will supply a minimum of 5,000m3 of water daily to MCWD .  Under this joint venture, AWC will supply a minimum of 5,000m3 of water daily to MCWD .
AWC informed PMO that it will operate 2 production wells only for this supply contract instead of the previously planned 4 wells since the combined discharge of the completed 2 wells is more than enough to meet the required supply volume.  The BOD had granted the 6 months Day 1 extension requested by AWC. The new Day-1 of delivery will be on March 24, 2015.
Only 600 meters of AWC's 2,000-meter long Ø250mm transmission line had been installed as Mandaue City granted excavation permit for 600m only. The rest, Mandaue City did not issue excavation permit for the reason that the concrete road  is still under warranty and still subject to COA audit.  For this supply contract, AWC  will construct 4 production wells. The pump testing of Well No. 4 and Well No.5 had been completed while the drilling of the remaining 2 wells is ongoing.
PMO had endorsed to the Engineering Department for evaluation/approval AWC's proposed new pipe route and injection point. The evaluation by ED is ongoing. AWC had installed 600 meters only of its 2000-meter Ø250mm transmission line since Mandaue City had granted excavation permit for 600m only. The reason for this is that the concrete road where AWC will lay the rest of the transmisssion line is still under warranty period.
