	ONGOING SUBDIVISION/HOTEL/CONDO WATER SYSTEM PROJECTS*
	* Under a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), the developer/owner shall fund and implement the project and  turn-over  it to MCWD upon completion. For its part, MCWD will prepare the detailed design and estimates and provide personnel to supervise the implementation of the project.
