1.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - BC Homes Injection Point Abejo Waters Corporation    2,000 m3/day PhP 16.48 /m3 29 Apr 2010 29 Oct 2010 31 Aug 2012 The Apas Injection Point (originally at BC Homes) has been supplying water to MCWD since December 21, 2011.
            On the required Data Monitoring Software (calculate/tabulate data, show graphs, indicate under- or over-supply), AWC has the option to use either the PWRI-developed Data Monitoring Software or the Premier Portal Web. AWC intimated it will use the PWRI-developed software.
                        The Phase I of this Joint Venture (i.e. installation of production and supply facilities) will be declared fully completed only after the succesful installation and operation of the software. 
             
2.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Banawa Injection Point Pilipinas Water Resources, Inc.    1,500 m3/day PhP 14.68 /m3 18 May 2010 18 Nov 2010 02 Jan 2011 The Banawa Injection Point has been supplying water to MCWD since December 9, 2011.
            On the Data Monitoring Software, PWRI had previously provided Globe Telecom with the Data Logger Diagram for the latter to study/analyze in order to address the reported data transmission problem. Lately, the Globe Telecom had provided PWRI with a new SIM card. A reconfiguration of the new SIM with the Data Logger is scheduled early next month.
                        The Phase I of this Joint Venture (i.e. installation of production and supply facilities) will be declared fully completed only after the succesful installation and operation of the data monitoring software. 
             
3.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Talamban Injection Point Pilipinas Water Resources, Inc.    3,592 m3/day PhP 14.21 /m3 19 Nov 2010 19 May 2011 5 Dec 2011 The Talamban Injection Point has been supplying water to MCWD since December 6, 2011.  
            On the Data Monitoring Software, PWRI had previously provided Globe Telecom with the Data Logger Diagram for the latter to study/analyze in order to address the reported data transmission problem. 4.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Marigondon-Gabi Injection Point Mactan Rock Industries, Inc.    5,000 m3/day PhP 26.72 /m3 signing:                                06 Dec 2010                            effectivity:                   01 Jan 2011 01 Jul 2011 8 Jan 2012 The Marigondon-Gabi Injection Point has been supplying water to MCWD since February 17, 2012.
              MRII had informed PMO it will use the PWRI-developed Data Monitoring Software. MRII is awaiting the successful trial run of the software.
                        The Phase I of this Joint Venture (i.e. installation of production and supply facilities) will be declared fully completed only after the succesful installation and operation of the data monitoring software.

5.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Guadalupe Injection Point Abejo Waters Corporation    3,000 m3/day PhP 14.98 /m3 07 Dec 2011 06 Dec 2012 Time Extension on process This JV Contract has 3 injection points strategically spread over Brgy. Guadalupe: Guadalajara, Kabajar, and Quijada.
              Guadalajara Injection Point :  
                Since September 2012, the Guadalajara injection point  has been supplying an average of 2,400m3 of water daily to MCWD.  
                Kabajar Injection Point :  
                Since the resumption of its operation in April 3, 2013, the Kabajar injection point has been supplying an average of  600m3 of water daily to MCWD.   
              Quijada Injection Point :  
              The installation of collector main from AWC's Well G-4 going to the injection point is now almost complete; for Well G-5, the installation of collector main has yet to commence.  
              PMO is still awaiting for the signed Amendment to Contract that covers the new location of the meter vault and injection point and the revised Day 1 of delivery.   
              AWC is now processing the Building Permit for the meter vault. Construction of the vault will start once the permit has been issued.  
                         
                 
6.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Pit-os  Injection Point Abejo Waters Corporation    4,800 m3/day PhP 15.68 /m3 19 June 2013 18 June 2014   This Joint Venture between MCWD and AWC was signed on June 19, 2013. The signing date also served as the NTP. Under the joint venture, AWC will deliver a minimum volume of 4,800 m3 of water daily to MCWD .   
                AWC is awaiting from the Municipality of Consolacion the approved Amendment to their existing MOA that will allow the former to extract additional volume of water from within the municipality. AWC reported that the proposed amendment had already passed thru the municipality's Committee on Laws, Committee of Commerce, Trade and Industry, and Water Committee, and was deliberated and approved by the Municipal Council last week of September 2013. The proposed amendment is now at the Mayor's Office for signature/approval.   
              Works (e.g. well drilling, pipelaying, etc.) will start only after AWC secures the above Amendment and the necessary permits. AWC though had procured already the HDPE pipes intended for its raw water collector/transmission mains.
