                    Brgy. Tabok is one of the remaining area aside from Greenhills Subdivision that is still under the contractor's responsibility.
                        To date,  82.23% of the defective HDPE pipes had been replaced.[1]

                PERT/CPM for revision [2] The contractor had already completed the installation of various appurtenances along the pipeline route.
                      The project is expected to be completed next month considering that only minor activities are left such as flushing and disinfection,  potability testing and interconnection works. 
                      Unless contractor will submit to PMO a valid justification for their delay, the contractor will be imposed liquidated damages.
                       
4.0 Proposed Ø250 mm D.I. Water Distribution Line along Sitio Malinao, Agus-Marigondon, Lapulapu City Geo Transport & Construction, Inc. Php 7,488,159.00   7,488,159.00 28 Jan 2013 01 Jul 2013 15 Sep 2013 100.00%[3] 86.97% -13.03% PMO and the contractor had already reached an agreement on the extra works and the one unit stub-out.
                    PMO had already issued a notice to proceed on the works although it has not been approved by top management. This is due to the fact that the extra works are vital and essential to the over-all project and it will save time in procurement whil the variation order is being processed for approval.
                PERT/CPM for revision Due to the extra works, contractor is likely to be given a time extension of 90 days which will commence from the date of the issuance of the notice to proceed works.

                  The contractor will be securing another excavation permit from Cebu City Engineering Office from the bridge toward the boundary of Mandaue City.
                    So far, the contractor has not secured the excavation permit from DPWH for Mandaue side. No reply from DPWH was given to the contractor for their

Apparently, the issuance of permit for this project is tied to the MWSIP Package-5 Contract for which Ana Construction is also the Contractor. 7.0 Proposed Design and Construction of 1000M3 Modular Water Tank for JV Water Sourcing Program Houston Hydrotech Products and System Inc. Php 10,650,121.15 Php 10,650,121.15 03 May 2013 29 Nov 2013   18.33% 3.81% -14.52% This project is Design and Build. Accordingly, the first phase is the conduct of the Detailed Engineering followed by the Construction phase. 
                PERT/CPM for revision The first phase for both the Site Development and Modular Tank components of the project were already completed. With the Building Permit application already submitted to the Office of the Building Official (OBO), the project is practically on the second phase now. However, physical activities at the project site cannot start until a Building Permit has been issued.
                      For the Site Development, the application for Building Permit was submitted to the City Zoning Division on August 2013. After the zoning was approved, the application was submitted to OBO first week of September 2013; the OBO has yet to issue the Buiding Permit. While waiting for the permit, the Contractor had started fabricating the perimeter fence and gates at its fabrication shop; the fabrication is now 90% completed. Without the Building Permit the Contractor cannot undertake the 'work target'  for the month, hence, the project slippage. There is already a delay in the issuance of the permit viz-a-viz the approved PERT/CPM. This delay can be a ground for time extension and consequent revision of the PERT/CPM.
                        For the Modular Tank, the final Plans and Specifications were approved and signed by MCWD on September 25. The Contractor submitted the Building Permit application to OBO on September 27, 2013. 
                           
8.0 Proposed Mactan Water Supply Improvement Program - Package 3 Cluster B

                  PERT/CPM for revision Contractor had informed PMO that delivery of pipes were delayed due to the one month holiday in India. PMO instructed contractor to submit documents proving such claim.
                        Until to date, no excavation permit was issued from the concerned agency namely, Lapulapu City and DPWH.
                        Contractor informed PMO that DPWH is against the MCWD's plan of installing the proposed pipelines on their road due to fear of future damage in case of leaks.
                        As per approved PERT/CPM, the pipe installation should have started but without the necessary permit, it is expected that the completion of the project will be delayed.
                          Contractor is expected to request for additional time due to non-issuance of excavation permit from concerned LGU. The request is likely to be granted since the non-issuance of the permit is beyond the control of the contractor.
