Unreliable reading due to defective SIM. Information Technology (IT) expert recommended that we replace the SIM, however,  we could not replace the said SIM as soon as possible as we are to coordinate with Mr. Felisisimo Salcedo of the Meter Mainenance. We have already informed the concern and are waiting for their availability. PWRI had  installed/reconfigured the new Globe SIM  (provided by Globe Telecom) with the Data Logger on October 11, 2013. Results show only one (1) of the two (2) Data Loggers is transmitting data to the PDD computer. A re-reconfiguration of the second Data Logger is scheduled early next month. Only after the issue of the data transmission had been resolved that the trial run of the PWRI-developed software can start.
