Until to date, the project remains suspended.

                       
3.0 Prop. D.I. After the pipes will pass the potability testing, the interconnection works will be commenced and are expected to be done by the first week of next month.

4.0 Proposed Ø250 mm D.I. Water Distribution Line along Sitio Malinao, Agus-Marigondon, Lapulapu City Geo Transport & Construction, Inc.                 PERT/CPM for revision To complete the above works, the contractor is given 90 calendar days starting from the date of receipt by the contractor on October 29, 2013 of the notice to proceed issued by PMO. The corresponding time extension is on process.
                           
5.0 Proposed Ø300 mm D.I. Water Distribution Main  - Canduman, Mandaue City to Tigbao, Talamban, Cebu City Geo Transport & Construction, Inc. Php 17,900,658.75   17,900,658.75 28 Jan 2013 26 Jul 2013   100.00% 36.45% -63.55% As for the Cebu City side of the project, the asphalt restoration was already complete except for the portions that were not restored in preparation for stub-outs and for tapping points. The contractor's application for the permit from the other side of the bridge going to Mandaue City was not granted. The pipelaying works for this section may have to be deleted.
                PERT/CPM for revision As for the Mandaue City side of the project, MCWD had already sent a letter to DWPH 6th Engineering District inquiring about the timeline on the possible completion date of their parcellary survey of the road were the other portion of the project's pipelaying will be laid.
                    MCWD is asking for reconsideration from DPWH to be allowed by the latter to install the pipeline along the carriageway.
                    The DPWH's response to the letter will serve as MCWD's basis to determine whether or not the pipelaying portion in Mandaue City will be deleted.

7.0 Proposed Design and Construction of 1000M3 Modular Water Tank for JV Water Sourcing Program Houston Hydrotech Products and System Inc. This type of project follows a 2-phase activity, the Detailed Engineering Phase followed by the Construction Phase. 
                  PERT/CPM for revision This is now on the Second Phase.
                      PMO had received the endorsement letter of the approved building plan of HHPSI. As of to date, 65% of the perimeter fence were already installed. Activities during this month include the laying of the geo-textile and the installation of re-bars and formworks for the ring foundation of the modular tank.
                          PMO will be evaluating the contractor's request for time extension due to delay in the issuance of the Building Permit.

                        Jurisdiction for the remaining 2 areas belong to Lapulapu City. The contractor's application for the permits in these areas are also pending. Lapulapu City is evaluating the documents submitted by the contractor.
