1.0 Prop. Pipeline Expansion for Cabancalan Bulk Water Supply Felman Builders and Contractors PhP              16,744,730.61     28 Apr 2010 06 Feb 2011 31 Jul 13   93.7%   The Contractor, Felman Builders, has already completed the replacement of the defective HDPE pipes along M.                       PMO suggested to the Contractor to disinfect the completed lines so that they can partially turn it over to MCWD.
                      The Contractor is currently working on the replacement of the defective pipes along Lola Saling, Mandaue City.
                      A Meeting was conducted between MCWD, Felman Builders, Road Concreting Contractor and Tingub Barangay Captain to thresh out any potential problems with regards to the implementation of the replacement of defective HDPE pipes along Barangay Tingub and Tabok areas.
                          PMO verbally reminded the contractor, Felman Builders, about their terminal date which is on July 31, 2013.
                       
2.0 Prop. Mactan Water System Improvement Program - Package 5 Ana Construction PhP              38,443,210.45     05 Jan 2011 01 Nov 2011 PERT/CPM to be revised - 64.09% - PMO reminded Ana Construction to complete the installation of the remaining section of the 528 l.m. Steel Pipelines along Pajac-Maribago Road, Lapu-lapu City to avoid prolonging the inconvenience that this project has caused and to pave the way for the concreting project of the LGU.
                    Revision of the PERT/CPM is under evaluation Lapu-lapu Acting Asst. for the City Engineer’s Office issued an ultimatum to MCWD to complete and finish the 528 l.m. Steel Pipelines along Pajac-Maribago Road within 7 calendar days from receipt of their letter otherwise the granted excavation permit will be revoked and the City will immediately undertake the road restoration chargeable to the bank guarantee that was put up for this project.
                          PMO will request for reconsideration on the ultimatum and will ask for an extension to the 7 calendar day deadline.
                     
3.0 Prop. Ř 300 mm D.I Distribution Line along Pit-os, Talamban, Cebu City New Culion Builders Company PhP              54,099,956.35     15 Mar 2012 9 Dec 2012 30-Jun-13   85.28%   MCWD thru PMO has already approved the Contractors’ request for Time Extension No. 3. With the approval, the new terminal date will be on June 30, 2013 On the last phase of the project. Pipelaying already completed.
                    Revision of PERT/CPM is on process The Project is in the Final Stage. So it is expected that the Contractor will be able to turn-over the entire project before the Terminal Date. Hopefully by third week of june this will be completed

Ř150mm & Ř100mm D.I Distribution Line along Umapad-Opao, Mandaue City New Culion Builders Company PhP              15,726,332.82     15 Mar 2012 9 Nov 2012 30-Mar-13   47.48%   PMO is still waiting from the Contractor to submit their supporting documents in relation to their request for Time Extension due to the new requirement by the Mandaue City Engineers’ Instruction to put 8” thick lean concrete before their final Asphalt Restoration.  TE 3 is on process. Corplan will be adding an extra work.
                    Revision of PERT/CPM is on process The Contractor has started the hydrotesting activities on the 150mm dia D.I. pipes along Plaridel Street, Mandaue City. Mandaue City advised MCWD to instruct contractor to complete the restoration in 10 days ( as of June 2013)
                        Concrete Protection on the 100mm dia D.I. pipes along Batiller St., Mandaue City has already been completed. This protection is needed to secure our pipes from any possible contamination since these pipes are submerged in water.
                          PMO reiterate to the Contractor to fast track all their activities in order to be able to complete the project as soon as possible.

It has only 3 dumptruck and 1 backhoe. Contractor has completed 5.44%. completed: 5.44%. Slippage: -19.56%. It has now 3 dumptrucks already.

6.0 Prop. D.I. The Contractor is doing cutting of asphalt pavement in preparation for their pipelaying activities.  Arrival of pipes from India. Works done were mostly cutting of the pavement.
                    Revision of PERT/CPM is on process The D.I. Pipes and Fittings have already arrived and the Contractor is on the process of securing the needed documents for the release of their goods from the customs. Inspections of their D.I. pipes and fittings are expected on the early week of June. TE 1 is approved. It is about the instruction from corplan deffering the procurement and the processing of visa.

The Contractor is on the process of securing the documents for the release of their goods from the customs. Inspections of their D.I. pipes and fittings are expected on the early week of June. contractor and city already conducted site investigation for the processing of the permit. Pipes are already in the  stock yard.
                    GTCI informed PMO that their application for excavation permit submitted last February 14, 2013 was not yet acted upon by the concerned agency. 
                    Expected Extension of Time is sought by the Contractor due to delay in granting the necessary excavation permit which is beyond their control. 
                           
8.0 Proposed Ř300 mm D.I. Water Distribution Main  - Canduman, Mandaue City to Tigbao, Talamban, Cebu City Geo Transport & Construction, Inc. Php 17,900,658.75   28 Jan 2013 26 Jul 2013   24.21% 0.00% -24.21% The D.I. pipes and fittings intended for this project has already arrived. The Contractor is on the process of securing the documents for the release of their goods from the customs. Inspections of their D.I. pipes and fittings are expected on the early week of June. Contractor already paid the permit fee and the cash bond. No permit were issued yet. For the mandaue portion, Mandaue questioned why the pipeline is on the roadway and not on the sidewalk.
                    GTCI informed PMO that their application for excavation permit submitted last March 14, 2013 for Mandaue portion was not yet acted upon by the concerned agency while for the Cebu  City portion of their contract which was submitted last March 26, 2013 also did not yield any positive result.
                    Expected Extension of Time is sought by the Contractor due to delay in granting the necessary excavation permit which is beyond their control.

Php 10,650,121.15     03 May 2013 29 Nov 2013   0.00% 0.00% 0.00% Pre Construction Meeting was conducted on May 23, 2013. The Contractor tapped the services of Engr. Cipriano Ramientos as Soil Foundation Engineer and at the same time Structural Engineer. The contractor has now  started actual Soil Investigation and Laoratory Analysis. Soil investigation and analysis expected to come out within the week.
