The latter instructed us to reflect the sketch cross-section of trench excavation & existing road on the plan, for them to evaluate the exact area & volume of the damage road pavement. However, the DPWH assured us that they will initiate the processing of the excavation permit, even before the said sketch is submitted to.  
                                  
2.0 Casili Estate Distribution Line Casili Estate Residents Construction Department PhP    1,391,000.00 PhP   21 c.d.               There is no movement in the processing of the Electromagnetic Metering Chlorine Injector. It is still in the BAC TWG as of thie writing. follow up IDA on booster procurement
3.0 Pusok, Lapu-Lapu (Matumbo), Pipe laying 96 LM x 75mm dia. & 126 LM x 150mm dia. D.I. Pusok, Lapu-lapu Construction Department PhP    2,292,548.83 PhP   145 c.d.   11 Feb 2013 21 May 2013         The project is scheduled to commence on February 11, 2013 with the completion date on May 21, 2013. Project has started as scheduled.

4.0 St. Anthony Village, Hi-way 77, 75mm dia. x 234 LM  St. Anthony Village Construction Department PhP    1,100,000.00 PhP   23 c.d.               The project is still awaiting the delivery of pipes & other materials. The pipes intended for this project delivered by the supplier in January 2013 had been rejected because they have been found to be not in standard size as ordered. The excavation permit has already been applied by Legal Department.
                         
5.0 Berjame Subdivision, Tigbao Talamban, 100mm dia. x 211LM, 75mm dia. x 391 LM, 50mm dia. x 141 LM Berjame Subdivision Construction Department PhP    2,027,423.69 PhP   42 c.d.   11 Feb 2013 21 May 2013         The project is scheduled to commence on February 11, 2013 with the completion date on March 16, 2013. Project has already started. Expected to be completed by March 16, 2013.

The remaining works to be done is restoration works of the damaged pavement.

7.0 Proposed Water Distribution System for Biasong Relocation Site P. West Road, Brgy. Biasong, Talisay City Construction Department PhP    1,300,000.00 36 c.d.             The procurement status of the Ø100mm & Ø150mm PVC pipes are still being clustered by BAC. The excavation permit has already been applied by Legal Department. Schedule of delivery of pipes is in the last week of February 2013. C.3 Pumping Station                                 
                                 
1.0 Sta. Cruz Well (Liloan) Brgy. Sta Cruz Residents Bayanihan - C/O PDD PhP    5,590,000.00 PhP 87 c.d.         97% The pumping station has been operational since July 2012.
                    The remaining project component is the construction of perimeter fence and gate. Some materials are delivered and available. Construction of fence will commence anytime if the materials needed are completed.

  2.0 Well 35 Berjame Subdivision and Barangay Talamban Residents Bayanihan - C/O PDD PhP           4 Feb  2012 30Apr2012     98%   During the well testing , PDD/Laboratory personnel had detected the presence of high level Iron Manganese on the water. PDD is planning to install a filter media (Iron Manganese Treatment Device)  to remove the Iron Manganese. The testing of berm is already done. Berm is the replacement of sand. The budget for the abovementioned undertaking is now at CAPEX for budget allocation.

The project is expected to be completed first week of January 2013.
