1.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - BC Homes Injection Point Abejo Waters Corporation    2,000 m3/day PhP 16.48 /m3 29 Apr 2010 29 Oct 2010 31 Aug 2012 The Apas Injection Point (originally at BC Homes) has been supplying water to MCWD since December 21, 2011.
            The flow discrepancy between the 2 parallel flowmeters is already within the required ±5% range. This was acieved through incremental opening/closing of the butterfly valves inside the flowmeter vault.
            The required Data Monitoring Software (calculate/tabulate/ data, show graphs, indicate under- or over-supply) has yet to be installed. The use of Premier portal web (Premier is the supplier of the flowmeters) is being considered in lieu of the Data Monitoring Software. The MCWD stakeholder units (PDD, MSSD and PMO) are still assessing the features and capabilities of the Premier portal web.
            The Ø150mm x 1.60 kms AWC pipeline and component booster station had been completed. VECO, though, has yet to activate the power supply of the booster pump. PMO had endoresed the said pipeline to PDD for commissioning.
             
2.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Banawa Injection Point Pilipinas Water Resources, Inc.    1,500 m3/day PhP 14.68 /m3 18 May 2010 18 Nov 2010 02 Jan 2011 The Banawa Injection Point has been supplying water to MCWD since December 9, 2011.
            The MCWD stakeholder units (PDD, MSSD and PMO) are still evaluating the test run result of the Data Monitoring Software (calculate data, show graphs, indicate under- or over- supply, etc.) developed by PWRI.
            The Phase I of this Joint Venture (i.e. installation of production and supply facilities) will be declared fully completed only after the succesful installation of the software. 
                         
             
3.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Talamban Injection Point Pilipinas Water Resources, Inc.    3,592 m3/day PhP 14.21 /m3 19 Nov 2010 19 May 2011 5 Dec 2011 The Talamban Injection Point has been supplying water to MCWD since December 6, 2011.  
            The MCWD stakeholder units (PDD, MSSD, and PMO) are still evaluating the test run result of the Data Monitoring Software (calculate data, show graphs, indicate under- or over-supply, etc.) developed by MWRI.
            The Phase I of this Joint Venture (i.e. installation of production / supply facilities and supply of bulk water) will be declared fully completed after the successful installation of the data monitoring software.
                         
             
4.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Marigondon-Gabi Injection Point Mactan Rock Industries, Inc.    5,000 m3/day PhP 26.72 /m3 signing:                                06 Dec 2010                            effectivity:                   01 Jan 2011 01 Jul 2011 8 Jan 2012 The Marigondon-Gabi Injection Point has been supplying water to MCWD since February 17, 2012.
            The required Data Monitoring Software (calculate/tabulate data, show graphs, indicate under- or over-supply) has yet to be installed. The use of Premier portal web (Premier is the supplier of the flowmeters) is being considered in lieu of the Data monitoring Software. The MCWD stakeholder units (PDD, MSSD, and PMO) are sill assessing the features and capabilities of the Premier portal web. 
              On the installed pH and Cholorine Instrument, the pH sensor was replaced by the supplier's representative from Manila on January 11, 2013. Joint monitoring/observation by MCWD Laboratory and MRII personnel of the pH reading is ongoing.

5.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Guadalupe Injection Point Abejo Waters Corporation    3,000 m3/day PhP 14.98 /m3 07 Dec 2011 06 Dec 2012 Time Extension on process This JV Contract has 3 injection points spread over Brgy. Guadalupe: Guadalajara, Kabajar, and Quijada.
              Guadalajara Injection Point :  
                AWC continues to deliver about 800 cu.m. water supply daily at this injection point. The water is sourced from its Well G-1.  
                Additional partial delivery at the Guadalajara Injection Point had been approved. The additional supply must conform to the flowrate, volume, and time of delivery to be set by PDD. AWC is still working on the turbidity and nitrate levels of the water from it Well G-2 where the additional supply will be sourced.  
                Kabajar Injection Point :  
                The Kabajar Injection Point has been supplying 600-900 cum/day of water to MCWD since November 8, 2012.  
              Quijada Injection Point :  
              MCWD c/o the office of AGM Delco is still evaluating the proposal of AWC to relocate the Quijada injection point.  
              The Ø250mm MCWD distribution line along Quijada Street, to which the AWC supply line will connect, has yet to be installed. Installation of said Ø250mm distribution will be undertaken by Dakay Construction and Development Corporation under the project Proposed DI Expansion at Monterazzas de Cebu. The project is expected to be completed by May 2013. Consequently, the intended Day 1 of delivery for the Guadalupe Joint Venture has to be extended until June 30, 2013.
