1.0 Prop. Pipeline Expansion for Cabancalan Bulk Water Supply Felman Builders and Contractors PhP              16,744,730.61     28 Apr 2010 06 Feb 2011 Time Extension No. 2 is on process 100% 93.7% -6.30% PMO and Felman Builders discussed the status of the project with regards to the problem on defective installed pipelines being supplied by MIGS System last January 10, 2013. During such meeting, Felman Builders were informed to settle their problems with their supplier and finished the project as soon as possible. Given the problems surrounding the project, PMO take due consideration and provide Felman Builders a 6 (Six) months time frame to replace all inferior quality pipes and complete the project. Project Terminal Date will be on July 31, 2013.
                       
2.0 Prop. Mactan Water System Improvement Program - Package 5 Ana Construction PhP              38,443,210.45     05 Jan 2011 01 Nov 2011 Project under suspension. - 61.32% - Project Management Office is coordinating with MCWD Legal Department who will be processing the excavation permit from Lapu-Lapu City Government in lieu of the Contractor. MCWD Legal personnel already forwarded all the necessary requirements for the processing of the said permit. Lapu-lapu City LGU is still evaluating our request. Contractor has already submitted the bank guarantee as a bond for the excavation permit. This bank guarantee will then be forwarded by Legal Dep't. to the City of Lapulapu.
                      PERT/CPM will be revised once a new Excavation Permit will be issued.  
                     
3.0 Prop. Ř 300 mm D.I Distribution Line along Pit-os, Talamban, Cebu City New Culion Builders Company PhP              54,099,956.35   15 Mar 2012 9 Dec 2012 2-Feb-13 100.00% 46.88% -53.12% To date, the Contractor has laid 2,646 l.m. of 300mm dia. D.I. pipes wherein  2,266 l.m. were already hydrotested. The Contractor is expected to complete their remaining 573 l.m. of pipelines sometime next month. Time Extension No. 2 is on process. The steel pipes that were installed along the Bacayan Bridge has already passed hydrotesting.
       
Time Extension 2 under evaluation       Likewise, the contractor has already completed the installation of SP/CL Steel pipes along the Bacayan Bridge. Hydrotesting activities will be conducted in February.
      Contractor’s request for Variation Order with Time Extension is still under evaluation.
        The Contractor is still waiting for the arrival of their revised tapping saddles from their supplier, AVK.

4.0 Prop. Ř D.I Distribution Line along Umapad-Opao, Mandaue City New Culion Builders Company PhP              15,726,332.82   15 Mar 2012 9 Nov 2012 30-Mar-13 100.00% 16.81% -83.19% The remaining pipes intended for Umapad-Opao project have already arrived in Cebu Port around 3rd week of January.  Time Extension No. 2 equal to 129 calendar days has been approved already.New terminal date is on March 30, 2013.
      PMO is urging the Contractor to fast track their pipelaying works after their pipes are duly inspected by MCWD Quality Control personnel.
      PMO is still evaluating the Contractor’s request for additional time due to change of tapping saddles. The Contractor just recently submitted the documents needed to validate their claim for additional time.
                           
5.0 Jaclupan Desilting WT Construction PhP                8,000,000.00     17 Jun 2012 17 Dec 2013 -       The total physical volume percentage covered on the removal of silt, sand and gravel at sedimentation basin, river channel, and weir is already 1.91% as of January 31, 2013. This is equivalent to 7,640 cu. m.. Contractor WT Construction is still awaiting for the permit to be issued by PENRO.
                           
6.0 Prop. D.I. Expansion Project at Monterrazas de Cebu Dakay Construction and Development Corporation Php              18,288,888.00   01 Nov 2012 14 May 2013   12.53% 0.00% -12.53% No physical activities as of the moment considering that the project is still on the procurement stage. 
                        MCWD inspectors who are schedule to travel to Kolkata, India for the In-Plant inspection didn’t push thru due to change in policy by the Indian Embassy in granting the necessary Visa. Additional documents and longer processing time are experience under the new policy.
                          The In-Plant inspection is expected to be delayed. Delivery of the 250mm dia D.I. pipes intended for Monterrazas de Cebu will also be delayed.

7.0 Prop. D.I. Rehabilitation Project for DMA-25A, W. Cabalse and Holyname Sts., Mabolo, Cebu City Fdrcon Co. Php                2,449,834.22   24 Dec 2012 24 Feb 2013         This is a 'grant project' funded by JICA thru Yokohama Water Co. Ltd.. The Project involves installation of approximately 350m and 24m Ř100mm PVC distribution line along W. Cabalse St. and Holyname St., respectively, in Brgy. Mabolo, Cebu City. The project aims to improve NRW for DMA 25A. PVC pipes and gate valves have been delivered already. CI fittings are scheduled for delivery by next week. Contractor already started the pipelaying activities.
  JICA-YOKOHAMA-MCWD Special Project                   The Excavation Permit for the project was issued by the Office of the Cebu City Engineer on January 28, 2013. The pipeline route lay-out had been completed and the pavement cutting and breaking have just started. The pipes, fittings, and appurtenances have been procured and expected to be delivered by first week of February 2013.
                           
8.0 Prop. Tennis Court Resurfacing YMO Builders and Services Php                   124,000.00   21 Jan 2013 19 Feb 2013         The Contractor has started work activity at site on January 28, 2013. Excavation of the existing tennis court surface is ongoing. The excavated materials are stockpiled at the adjacent basketball court. These materials will be screeened and will be mixed with diorite material to form the new tennis court surface. A 20 cu.m. diorite material has been delivered at site. Contractor was not able to complete the project as scheduled on February 19, 2013 due to heavy rains. New target completion is on February 22, 2013.

                    The project has a 30 calendar days duration from the contractor's receipt of the Notice to Proceed; it is expected to be completed by February 19, 2013.
