Pusok, Lapu-lapu Construction Department PhP    2,292,548.83 PhP   145 c.d.   11 Feb 2013 21 May 2013   23.17% 63.70% 40.53% The project is now 63.7% complete and scheduled for completion on May 21, 2013. It was ahead of the target accomplishment of 23.17%.

4.0 St. Anthony Village, Hi-way 77, 75mm dia. x 234 LM  St. Anthony Village Construction Department PhP    1,100,000.00 PhP   23 c.d.               MCWD has already sent a waiver to Unifield Industrial for the latter to waive their right to supply the Ø 75mm PVC pipes for us to look for another supplier. To recall, Unifield Industial delivered to MCWD PVC pipes which were rejected by the latter because they have been found to  be not in standard size as ordered. They were not able to replace such materials which we kept in our stockyard for the past three (3) months now.
                         
5.0 Berjame Subdivision, Tigbao Talamban, 100mm dia. x 211LM, 75mm dia. x 391 LM, 50mm dia. x 141 LM Berjame Subdivision Construction Department PhP    2,027,423.69 PhP   42 c.d.   11 Feb 2013 21 May 2013   63.33% 82.56% 19.23% The project is now 82.5% complete and scheduled for completion on March 16, 2013. C.3 Pumping Station                                 
                                 
1.0 Sta. Cruz Well (Liloan) Brgy. Sta Cruz Residents Bayanihan - C/O PDD PhP    5,590,000.00 PhP 87 c.d.         97% The pumping station has been operational since July 2012.
                    The remaining project component is the construction of perimeter fence and gate. Some materials are delivered and available. Construction of fence will commence anytime if the materials needed are completed.

  2.0 Well 35 Berjame Subdivision and Barangay Talamban Residents Bayanihan - C/O PDD PhP           4 Feb  2012 30Apr2012     98%   During the well testing , PDD/Laboratory personnel had detected the presence of high level Iron Manganese on the water. PDD is planning to install a filter media (Iron Manganese Treatment Device)  to remove the Iron Manganese. The testing of berm is already done. Berm is the replacement of sand. The budget for the abovementioned undertaking is now at CAPEX for budget allocation.

  3.0 Mac 6, 7 & 8 Pumping Stations Cluster C Brgy. Pajac &  Bankal Residents in Lapulapu City Construction Department/ MSSD PhP    8,709,862.10 PhP   113 c.d.               No PR is being prepared yet. The BMS has not been approved by FMD because the ROW of these pumping stations have not been acquired yet. The Engineering Department (ED) suggested to FMD if the Construction Department can proceed the construction of pumping stations which already have the approved ROW although the management had previously instructed the ED to separate the cost estimates of the distribution line from the pumping stations. However, the FMD invoked the RA 9184 which stipulated that under this ruling, splitting of the project is not allowed.

1.0 Transfer Tapping and Deccommissioning at U. Alviola, Tres de Abril, V. Rama and JM Basa Streets, Cebu City Residents at U. Alviola, Tres de Abril, V. Rama and JM Basa Sts. Construction Department PhP    2,737,000.00     74 c.d.     Oct. 8, 2012 Jan. 4, 2013   98%   Inspite of the occurrence of intervening work, the project is ahead of the target completion. The project is expected to be completed first week of January 2013.
