This is the third cross sections requested by the said Engineering District. MCWD is awaiting for the amount of cash bond for road restoration works.   Cebu 2nd eng district requires another trench section.
                                  
2.0 Casili Estate Distribution Line Casili Estate Residents Construction Department PhP    1,391,000.00 PhP 21 c.d.             The electromagnetic metering chlorine injector is being distributed to respective supplier for their quotation and to date there are still no respond from suppliers. 4.0 St. Anthony Village, Hi-way 77, 75mm dia. x 234 LM  St. Anthony Village Construction Department PhP    1,100,000.00 PhP   23 c.d.               The 75mm PVC pipes previously rejected by MCWD due to its undersized diameters were already retrieved by the supplier and the former is awaiting for the latter's confirmation whether to replace the said pipes or not. If they will be no longer interested to replace said pipes, MCWD will award to the second lowest bidder. However, to date the supplier has shown signs of replacing the said rejected pipes but with no definite date in the replacement according to MMD. No replacement was ever made. It will be bid out again.
                         
5.0 Proposed Water Distribution System for Biasong Relocation Site P. West Road, Brgy. Biasong, Talisay City Construction Department PhP    1,300,000.00     36 c.d.               The City Engineer's Office of Talisay has already set the required amount of cash bond for road restoration works. The Legal Department has forwarded the said amount to the Accounting Department and is still awaiting of its release. LD has request money from finance. 1.0 Proposed Ř100mm X 192 lm DI Distribution Rehabilitation   Project along I Tabura St., Brgy. Pardo, Cebu City Construction Department PhP    1,766,946.23 PhP   43 c.d.               The procurement status of this project is still being clustered. Procurement stage.
2.0 Proposed Ř200mm X 301 lm DI Distribution Rehabilitation Project  along Datag, Maribago, Lapulapu City Datag, Maribago, Lapulapu City Construction Department PhP    4,608,000.00 PhP   45 c.d.               The procurement status of this project is still being clustered. Procurement stage.
3.0 F. Llamas, Labangon Realignment of 200mm and 100mm uPVC                             The Engineering Department and Construction Department have conducted the site assessment of the project and has found out that there is a revision of the original plan prepared by Engineering Department. Since the pipeline to be altered is not only traversing the school, the covered court and the barangay hall therefore there is a need for a resurvey and redesign of the project.

C.3 Pumping Station                                 
                                 
1.0 Sta. Cruz Well (Liloan) Brgy. Sta Cruz Residents Bayanihan - C/O PDD PhP    5,590,000.00 PhP 87 c.d.         97% The pumping station has been operational since July 2012. Materials for fencing and gate already in talamban. Waiting for available trucks so as to deliver materials on site.
                    The remaining project component is the construction of perimeter fence and gate. Some materials are delivered and available. Construction of fence will commence anytime if the materials needed are completed.

  2.0 Well 35 Berjame Subdivision and Barangay Talamban Residents Bayanihan - C/O PDD PhP           4 Feb  2012 30Apr2012     98%   During the well testing , PDD/Laboratory personnel had detected the presence of high level Iron Manganese on the water. PDD is planning to install a filter media (Iron Manganese Treatment Device)  to remove the Iron Manganese. The testing of berm is already done. Berm is the replacement of sand. The budget for the abovementioned undertaking is now at CAPEX for budget allocation. Iron manganese "getting worse". High level of iron manganese. Supposedly for capex but due to high level of iron manganese, this is put on hold. Still under experimentation to resolve the presence of high level of iron manganese.

Construction Department PhP    2,737,000.00     74 c.d.     Oct. 8, 2012 Jan. 4, 2013   98%   Inspite of the occurrence of intervening work, the project is ahead of the target completion. The project is expected to be completed first week of January 2013.
