1.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - BC Homes Injection Point Abejo Waters Corporation    2,000 m3/day PhP 16.48 /m3 29 Apr 2010 29 Oct 2010 31 Aug 2012 The Apas Injection Point (originally at BC Homes) has been supplying water to MCWD since December 21, 2011. Supplier lacks  data monitoring software . This pm of May 7, 2013, programmer will be presenting its program.
            On the required Data Monitoring Software (calculate/tabulate/ data, show graphs, indicate under- or over-supply), the Bulk Water Suppliers during the 21 February 2013 meeting were given the option to use  the PWRI-developed Data Monitoring Software or the Premier Portal Web. PMO is awaiting official advice from AWC of its choice. Program is still being refined.
                        VECO had already energized the power supply of the booster pumping station on March 6, 2013. PDD had already commissioned the Ø150mm X1.60kms AWC's donated  pipeline. 
             
2.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Banawa Injection Point Pilipinas Water Resources, Inc.    1,500 m3/day PhP 14.68 /m3 18 May 2010 18 Nov 2010 02 Jan 2011 The Banawa Injection Point has been supplying water to MCWD since December 9, 2011. same above 
            The 45 calendar days given period for the completion to develop the full version of software had already lapsed. The programmer is asking for extension due to some difficulties of the program they encountered that forced them to go back from the start. 
                        The Phase I of this Joint Venture (i.e. installation of production and supply facilities) will be declared fully completed only after the succesful installation of the software. 
             
3.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Talamban Injection Point Pilipinas Water Resources, Inc.    3,592 m3/day PhP 14.21 /m3 19 Nov 2010 19 May 2011 5 Dec 2011 The Talamban Injection Point has been supplying water to MCWD since December 6, 2011.   same above
            The 45 calendar days given period for the completion to develop the full version of software has already lapsed. The programmer is asking for tiem extension due to some difficulties of the program they encountered that forced them to go back from the start.

              Mactan Rock Inc (MRI) has formally decided to use the Software developed by Mr. Christian Ocleasa same software being used by PWRI  for the  the required Data Monitoring Software (calculate/tabulate/ data, show graphs, indicate under- or over-supply).
              On the installed pH and Chlorine Instrument, after series of maintenance/fixing of the logger,PDD - Water Quality Control Division had formally approved and accepted on the tolerance of the readings of  the manual vis a vis logger readings. 
                        When the upgraded version of software is already completed, installed and operational, the project will be then finally turn-over to the end user

5.0 Bulk Water Supply Program - Guadalupe Injection Point Abejo Waters Corporation    3,000 m3/day PhP 14.98 /m3 07 Dec 2011 06 Dec 2012 Time Extension on process This JV Contract has 3 injection points spread over Brgy. Guadalupe: Guadalajara, Kabajar, and Quijada.
              Guadalajara Injection Point :  
                The Guadalape injection point  has been supplying water to MCWD with a yield of 2,400 cu.m per day.  This injection point has two (2) wells G-1 and G-2  
                Kabajar Injection Point :  
                AWC had already resumed supplying water to MCWD since March_____, 2013 with a yield of _____cu.m per day. To recall AWC has temporarily stopped the partial delivery of water because pump of Well G-3 was removed and transferred  to Well G-5 for the chemical and physical test.  
              Quijada Injection Point :  
              MCWD c/o the office of AGM Delco is still evaluating the proposal of AWC to relocate the Quijada injection point.  
              The Ø250mm MCWD distribution line along Quijada Street, to which the AWC supply line will connect, has yet to be installed. Installation of said Ø250mm distribution line is presently undertaken by Dakay Construction and Development Corporation under the project DI Expansion at Monterazzas de Cebu. The project is expected to be completed by May 2013. For this reason, the MCWD Execom had approved the extension of the intended Day 1 of delivery for the Guadalupe Joint Venture is until June 30, 2013.
